Comments.  What you say in the comments may get an otherwise acceptable submission rejected.
 

No html or images allowed in the comments, except by special permission from the administrator.
 

Broken links (upload was not successful) are rejected and deleted in one week.
 

Members with an inappropriate username will have their photos deleted and their account suspended.
 

RateMyParrot admin reserves the right to reject any photo for any reason or no reason at all.
